Tiger iOS Data Recovery may modify and change the charging standard of value-added service fees and the content of value-added services according to the overall plan of this product.
2. This product provides different services for different iOS device numbers and usage requirements. Please use the software's value-added functions within the scope of the package. For devices that exceed the scope of the package, you need to purchase additional services for this.
[Disclaimer]
The user expressly agrees that the risks and all consequences of using Tiger iOS data recovery products will be entirely borne by the user, and Tiger iOS Data Recovery does not assume any responsibility for this.
[Refund Statement]
In order to avoid disputes caused by the inability to restore the required data after purchasing this product, the user can use the document preview to determine whether the document data can be completely restored before the restoration. If the data can be fully previewed, and the restored document still cannot be used normally, you can apply for a after-sale refund application to our company within 7 days.
1. Applicable to the situation of requesting a refund:
- Product technical issues. If the purchased software has serious technical problems, and we have not provided a solution. If you are unwilling to wait for product upgrades, we will refund you. Once refunded, the corresponding registration number will be disabled, please delete the software from your computer.
- Refund application must be submitted within 7 days after purchase, beyond the time limit, it will not be accepted.
- Repeat purchase. If you have purchased the same product repeatedly or purchased a product with similar functions, we will refund the cost of one of the products or replace our other products for you.
- The registration code was not sent in time. If you do not receive the registration code within 72 hours after purchasing the product, and you cannot get a prompt response within 72 hours after contacting the customer service team. In this case, if you request a refund, we will arrange a refund according to your request. - Recurring payment. If you are repeatedly charged due to payment platform or other technical issues, we will refund the overcharged fee.
2. No refunds can be made in the following situations:
- After purchasing the product, there is no reasonable reason to cancel the order.
- Purchased and used for more than 7 days.
- Before the purchase, the customer failed to understand the product description, resulting in improper purchase. After purchasing the product, it is found that the product does not meet the needs of the customer but has never appeared in the product description on our official website. Please be sure to understand the product features in detail before purchasing the product, and try the free version before purchasing.
- Request a refund for a single software in the software bundle.
- Failed to receive the registration code after payment, and did not use the registration code search wizard to obtain the registration code, and did not contact our customer service team in time.
- The customer refuses to cooperate with our customer service team to try to solve the problem due to a refund request caused by a product technical problem, refuses to provide detailed instructions and information about the problem, or refuses to try to use the service provided by the customer service team solution
- Refund requests due to price differences between different regions and merchants.
- Refund request for similar products purchased from other companies.
- Refund requirements that are not in compliance with our promotional activities.
- Refund request due to the customer's own error rather than the product itself. For example, buying the wrong software, downloading the wrong version, running out of disk space on your computer, changing your mind after purchasing, etc.
- Refund request due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. Please contact your card issuing bank to solve such problems, and we will try our best to assist within our capabilities.
- Refund request for lost data that cannot be completely recovered. No matter what kind of data recovery software, no one can guarantee 100% complete recovery, and the probability of recovering data is 0%-99%. If you recover the data as soon as possible after deleting the data, the recovery probability is relatively high.
[Authorized use]
Tiger iOS Data Recovery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install and use this product, share this software with others, or allow others Viewing the content of this software violates this agreement. You must not disclose the software on the Internet, nor provide the software to multiple users in any way, unless you first purchased at least one multi-user registration code from Tiger iOS Data Recovery.

This product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not remove the copyright mark or other rights declarations of Tiger iOS Data Recovery from this product. This product is only licensed for use, not for sale.
[Ownership]
The user does not have the ownership of the software. Tiger iOS Data Recovery retains its ownership and all intellectual property rights.
[Usage Constraints]
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, lend or create derivative works of the software based on the software or any part of it.
[Transfer Constraint]
Without the prior written consent of Tiger iOS Data Recovery, you may not transfer the rights of this agreement to another party.
[Termination]
If the licensee violates the specific rules of this agreement, Tiger iOS Data Recovery reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and all rights granted to the licensee shall be terminated immediately. You can terminate this agreement at any time. You can terminate this agreement by deleting all backup software under your control. You can also uninstall this product by yourself, and you will no longer use the functions of this product after uninstallation.
Note: The money after the refund will be refunded to the account you used for payment at the time of purchase. All rights of interpretation and modification of this "Agreement" belong to Tiger iOS Data Recovery.
