Please read all the content of the agreement in detail before you become Tiger Data Recovery User or start to use the app provided by Tiger Data Recovery( The follow will be called for short as “Product”). The behavior of downloading, installing and using the product shows that you have read the agreement and fully understand, approve and abide by all the clause of this agreement.
This agreement built between you and Tiger Data Recovery , and you agree the following clause:
Authorize permission to use
Tiger Data Recovery authorize you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to download, install and use this product. Sharing this APP with others, or allowing others to view the content of this APP, is against this agreement . You may not disclose the APP on the Internet, nor provide the APP to multiple users in any way, unless you have first purchased at least one multi-user registration code from Tiger Data Recovery.
Copyright
This product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not remove Tiger Data Recovery’s copyright mark or other rights statements from this product. This product is only licensed for use, not for sale.
Ownership
The user does not have the ownership of the APP. Tiger Data Recovery reserves its ownership and all intellectual property rights.
Use constraints
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the APP, or modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, lend or create derivative works of the APP based on the APP or any part of it.
Transfer constraint
Without the prior written agreement of Tiger Data Recovery, you may not transfer the rights of this agreement to another.
Termination
If the licensee violates the specific rules of this agreement, Tiger Data Recovery reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and all rights granted to the licensee shall be terminated immediately.You can terminate this agreement at any time. You can terminate this agreement by deleting all backup APP under your control. You can also delete this product by yourself, and you will no longer use the functions of this product after deleting.
Disclaimer
The user expressly agrees that the risks and all consequences of using Tiger Data Recovery’s products will be entirely borne by the user himself, and Tiger Data Recovery does not assume any responsibility for this.
